This individual has been identified and cited for Misdemeanor Theft. Thanks go out to the Shakopee Police Department and the Prior Lake Police Department for identifying this offender.This male is suspected of stealing a liter bottle of Absolut Vodka from River City Spirits in Chaska. He is a Hispanic male, 20-30 years old, about 5-8" tall with a heavy build. He has a crown tattoo on upper right arm. He drove a maroon-coloered, compact, 4-door sedan. Please contact Det.
